Regular support visits: The client can choose between 1, 2, 3 or 5 visits per week. In each visit, our technicians will spend two hours performing regular scheduled tasks and preventive maintenance on your computers and other peripherals.

On-demand emergency support visits: Some computer problems occur unexpectedly and require immediate attention. Our clients have direct access to their assigned technicians, allowing them to ask for help whenever needed.

Remote assistance: Telephone, fax, e-mail and online requests for service are forwarded to technicians who call the client and schedule for resolution. This method is appropriate for lengthy tasks and problems that require third party intervention.

Management Reports: Our clients receive regular reports of all operations and tasks undertaken. They may alternatively login to their online accounts and view or print detailed pre-defined reports that are designed specifically for their requirements.
